Aervio uses Google API Services to provide certain integrations requested by users.
Depending on the integrations you enable, Aervio may request authorization to access data from services such as:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Search Console;
- Google Merchant Center;

- Google identity and authentication services.
Google authorization is performed through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization system.
Aervio does not request your Google password.
5. Google User Data We May Access
The Google user data accessed by Aervio depends on which Google integrations you explicitly connect.
Aervio may access the following categories of Google user data.

For authentication and account identification, Aervio may receive basic Google account information such as:

Aervio does not create, modify, pause, or delete Google Ads campaigns through its current reporting integration unless such functionality is explicitly introduced, disclosed, authorized by the user, and covered by the permissions and policies applicable at that time.
6. How Aervio Uses Google User Data
Aervio uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing functionality that the user requests or enables.
This may include:
- displaying analytics dashboards;
- displaying advertising performance;
- displaying SEO and search performance;
- displaying Merchant Center products and diagnostics;

Aervio does not use Google user data for unrelated purposes.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
Aervio's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Aervio limits its use of Google user data to providing or improving appropriate user-facing features that are visible and relevant to the user.
Aervio does not sell Google user data.
Aervio does not use Google user data for advertising targeting unrelated to the functionality requested by the user.
Aervio does not use Google user data to create, train, or improve generalized advertising profiles unrelated to the user's requested Aervio functionality.
Aervio does not transfer Google user data to third parties except where necessary to provide or secure the Service, comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, or as otherwise permitted by applicable Google policies and disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
8. Google OAuth Tokens and Credentials
When you authorize a Google integration, Google may provide Aervio with OAuth credentials, including access tokens and refresh tokens.
Aervio uses these credentials only to access Google services that you have authorized.
Aervio takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect OAuth credentials.
OAuth credentials are not intentionally exposed through public application interfaces.
Aervio does not request or store your Google account password.
You may revoke Aervio's access through your Google Account permissions or disconnect applicable integrations through Aervio where supported.
9. Data Storage and Synchronization
To provide dashboards, historical reporting, and efficient application performance, Aervio may retrieve authorized data from connected services and store normalized copies of relevant information in Aervio's systems.
For example, Aervio may store synchronized:
- analytics metrics;
- search performance metrics;
- advertising metrics;
- campaign metadata;
- Merchant Center product information;
- Merchant Center diagnostic information;
- integration resources;
- synchronization status; and
- synchronization history.
This allows Aervio to provide reports without making a new third-party API request every time a page is viewed.
Stored information remains subject to this Privacy Policy.
10. Legal Bases and Purposes of Processing
Depending on your location and applicable law, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:
- performance of a contract;
- your consent;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- our legitimate interests in operating, securing, maintaining, and improving Aervio; and
- other lawful bases available under applicable law.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent, subject to applicable legal and contractual limitations.
11. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- create and maintain user accounts;
- provide Aervio functionality;
- provide websites and digital services ordered by customers;
- process subscriptions and transactions;
- operate connected integrations;
- provide analytics and reporting;
- manage customer support;
- communicate service-related information;
- maintain security;
- prevent fraud and abuse;
- diagnose technical issues;
- maintain backups;
- improve performance and reliability;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- enforce our agreements and policies.
12. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information as a business model.
We may disclose information to service providers and subprocessors that help us operate Aervio, such as providers of:
- cloud hosting;
- infrastructure;
- data storage;
- email delivery;
- payment processing;
- monitoring;
- security;
- customer support;
- analytics; and
- other operational services.
These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information:
- when required by law;
- in response to valid legal process;
- to protect the rights, security, or integrity of Aervio, our users, or others;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets; or
- with your direction or consent.
13. Service Providers
Aervio may rely on third-party service providers to operate parts of the Service.
Their processing of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
Where required, Aervio takes reasonable steps to use service providers that provide appropriate safeguards for the information they process.
14. Data Retention
We retain personal information and connected-service data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- maintain the user's account and workspace;
- satisfy the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
- comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements; and
- maintain security and fraud-prevention records.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.
When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup retention cycles and legal obligations.
15. Disconnecting Google Services
Users may disconnect supported Google integrations from Aervio.
Disconnecting a particular Google service may prevent Aervio from performing future synchronization for that integration.
Because multiple Google services may use a shared Google authorization, Aervio may preserve authorization needed by other Google integrations that remain connected.
Users may also revoke Aervio's Google authorization directly through their Google Account.
After revocation, Aervio will no longer be able to obtain new Google data through the revoked authorization unless the user authorizes access again.
16. Requesting Deletion of Data
You may request deletion of your Aervio account or applicable personal information by contacting us at:
Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.
Certain information may be retained when required by law, necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, accounting, or enforcement of our agreements.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from encrypted or disaster-recovery backups. Backup copies are removed according to applicable retention cycles.
17. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- request access;
- request correction;
- request deletion;
- withdraw consent;
- object to certain processing;
- request information about how your data is used;
- request portability where applicable; and
- submit a complaint to an applicable privacy regulator.

19. International Data Transfers
Aervio and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.
As a result, information may be subject to the laws of jurisdictions outside the user's province, state, or country.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing and transfers.
20. Security
Aervio uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against:
- unauthorized access;
- unauthorized disclosure;
- alteration;
- loss;
- misuse; and
- destruction.
Security measures may include access controls, encrypted communications, credential protection, tenant isolation, logging, backups, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Service.
However, no electronic system, network, or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
21. Multi-tenant Workspaces
Aervio is designed as a multi-tenant platform.
Users are associated with workspaces or organizations, and access to business information is controlled according to applicable account permissions and workspace membership.
Users are responsible for ensuring that people they invite to their workspace have appropriate authorization to access information contained in that workspace.
22. Customer-provided Personal Information
Businesses using Aervio may upload or create information concerning their own customers, leads, employees, suppliers, or other individuals.
In these circumstances, the Aervio customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the legal authority to collect and process that information and to provide it to Aervio.
Where applicable, Aervio processes such information on behalf of the customer in order to provide the Service.

26. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date.
