What do you actually sell?
The full spectrum from one Montreal studio: web, CRM, design, copy, marketing, social, SEO/GEO, growth retainers, Microsoft 365/Azure, Hands-off IT, the IT bench, and alerting. They describe the same offer — not nine vendors. Stack stays yours.
How long does a first project take?
After a 90-minute discovery call we send a written sequence with dates. A first slice is usually one offer page sales recognises, a form that creates the right CRM record, and technical hygiene so it can be indexed. Weeks, not a quarter of kick-off decks.
Who is this for?
Operators in Montreal, Quebec, and across Canada who need web, CRM, SEO, marketing, design, copy, social, 365, growth, Hands-off IT, the IT bench, or alerting from one studio. If you need a 40-person agency deck, we are the wrong fit.
Can you rebuild a site we already have?
Yes — when the offer, the form, or the CMS is the problem, not a coat of paint. PHP, Shopify, WordPress, Drupal, OpenCart, Joomla, Magento, Next.js: we pick the stack your editors keep, and we put SEO/GEO in the build.
Will you get us to page one in 30 days?
No. We write pages a reviewer can quote, keep NAP honest, and measure Search Console. We will not invent a street pin or fifty thin city pages.
What happens after launch?
You keep hosting, DNS, repo, and tenants. Optional growth retainer or IT desk. Stop anytime — the stack stays yours. Same phone after launch.

Do you only build websites, or CRMs too?
The catalog is wider: web, CRM, design, copy, marketing, social, SEO/GEO, 365/Azure, Hands-off IT, the IT bench, and alerting. A form that does not create the record your salesperson opens is not a lead. A post that does not point at a URL you care about is not a month of social.
What is SEO / GEO?
SEO is how you show up in Google. GEO is how a complete sentence can be cited in an AI Overview, ChatGPT, or Perplexity. We do it on PHP, Shopify, WordPress, Drupal, OpenCart, Joomla — same facts on the page, in schema, and in the CRM. No fake map pin.
Do you work in Quebec and in French?
Yes. We are based in Montreal. Public-facing Quebec sites often need French-first content under Bill 96. English stays where your buyers are English.
WordPress or Next.js — which do you use?
Whatever your editors will actually use: PHP, Shopify, WordPress, Drupal, OpenCart, Joomla, WooCommerce, Magento, or Next.js. ThemeForest themes are a starting file we strip. SEO/GEO is not a plugin bolted on after. You keep the keys when the retainer stops.
How do you charge?
Starting prices in CAD are on /pricing — floors by slice, not a fake menu. Discovery is 90 minutes and not billed. Then a written proposal. Six shapes: a fixed-scope build (from $2,800), design and copy (from $1,800), monthly support (from $450/mo), a growth or SEO/GEO retainer (from $1,800/mo), social (from $1,800/mo), or an IT desk/bench (from $1,800/mo). Licences and ad spend stay on your card. GST/QST extra.
Do you send mass email or cold outreach?
No. First touches are written and sent by a person. We do not blast rented lists.
Do you run social, design, or copywriting?
Yes. Design from $1,800, copy from $1,800, social retainers from $1,800/mo. Captions and copy are written by a person. Source files, pages, and pixels stay yours. We do not buy followers or fake a Montreal pin. Floors are on /pricing#design, /pricing#copy, and /pricing#social.
Can you connect Salesforce, SAP, or our current tools?
Yes. Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ), HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshworks, Zendesk, Monday, Copper, Odoo, SugarCRM, Bitrix24, Creatio, NetSuite, and the rest of the desk people already open. SAP in the formats the landscape already speaks: S/4HANA, ECC, Business One, CX, Commerce Cloud — IDoc, RFC/BAPI, OData, SOAP, REST, CPI/BTP, PI/PO, SFTP, EDI. Shopify, Stripe, Microsoft 365. Those logos are tools we implement in your tenant. You keep the licences. Floors are on /pricing#crm and /pricing#sap.
Do you only build software, or do you run IT too?
Both. Hands-off IT if you have no hire. IT bench if you already have admins — they keep the keys.
