What the desk covers

Accounts, laptops, mail, 365/Azure underneath, printers, DNS, certificates, CMS and Shopify admin access lists, backups restored on a date. Named person, weekdays 9–17 ET.

The public site is in scope

Uptime, SSL, PHP version, WordPress/Drupal/Joomla updates, Shopify theme backups. SEO/GEO dies when the site is down or serving a parked page — so the desk and search are not two vendors.

What stays yours

You keep the tenant, the store, the host. We do not become the only person who knows the Cloudflare password.
